BAKE

From the Fire

 Edible Art

We’re always coming up with new ideas when we bake
and those become our flat and stuffed breads.

What new combination can we come up with?

Our stuffed breads are sweet or savory; think blueberries and ricotta cheese or our signature “kale bomb”, otherwise known as a garlic knot; greens, garlic, parmesan, olive oil and a dash of sea salt.

We bake kale bombs literally every time we head to the oven…
and have for 20 years.

Like caramelized onions?
So do we!

How about black olives with local goat cheese?
Yup, we’ve got that too.

Garlic scape pesto anyone?  Figs?  Pear gorgonzola?

And old faithful, heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella.

Menu changes constantly; find us at farmers’ markets and festivals

Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

Fire.

It’s magical in so many ways, but ahhh, what it does to food!

For 20 years we’ve been creating edible art; baked fresh and sold immediately and in person at farmers’ markets and festivals in our stomping ground and beyond. "Consistently inconsistent”, by design, following the bounty of the seasons to feed the people.

As always, find us out and about.
